What days do you work?
We work 7 days a week. From Monday to Friday we are available from 7am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm and on Sunday’s 9am to 11:30am.Â
Can you give me a quote over the phone?
Yes, in some cases we can arrange a phone quote. Most clients find it easier to submit the quote request on our website if they have access to a computer. By uploading photos we can better assess the amount and type of rubbish you have to provide an accurate quote.
If you do prefer to call us, please be aware that your call will go directly to our driver. If we don’t answer straight away, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as we can.
If we are unable to provide an accurate quote over the phone we will give you an estimate and then confirm on the day before we start loading the truck.Â
Do you recycle my rubbish?
Yes. Where possible we prefer to reduce landfill and either donate or recycle as much rubbish as possible. We are an ethical rubbish removal company and strictly adhere to the City of Gold Coast and Qld Government regulations.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the amount and type of rubbish you have. You can arrange a free quote by submitting the quote request on our website. If you upload photos of all the rubbish you would like us to collect, we can then provide you with a free quote. It is a minimum of $99 for 1 item and then you are only paying for the space you need on the truck.Â
Do you use skip bins?
No, we are a great alternative to hiring skip bins. We arrange a time to arrive in our rubbish removal truck, load all of your rubbish and remove it straight away, leaving your property clean and tidy. All you need to do is let us know what you would like us to take and we do all the heavy lifting for you. Best of all is you only pay for the space you need on the truck.
